Hayley MacNamara

Hayley is a specialist policy advisor overseeing Community Housing Cymru’s cost of living, damp and mould and disrepair work.

Hayley is in frequent communication with Welsh Government, partners, and housing association members across Wales to ensure tenants are heard and receive the vital support they require.

Over the past 10 years at Community Housing Cymru she has worked across a variety of policy portfolios including the rollout of Universal Credit, Value for Money, Rent Policy and, more recently, housing quality and disrepair.

Working with members, Hayley is additionally the Community Housing Cymru lead for the housing management and welfare membership community.
