Bethany Howells

Bethany joined Community Housing Cymru after working in a community role at a housing association. Bethany supports our work in a number of areas including homelessness, social care and support, development and cost of living.
She also plays a key role in our work on the Renting Homes (Wales) Act, Welfare, Procurement and the Primary Fire Authority Scheme.
Since joining Community Housing Cymru in 2021 Bethany has helped to develop the Cost of Living Hub, a Procurement Spotlight series, and build a bank of housing association case studies that can be used across our advocacy work.
