Welsh Government measures to address second homes: CHC statement

"We support the newly announced planning measures and land transaction tax variation to tackle the issue of second homes in principle, and believe that planning measures are likely to have the biggest impact.

"It is important that these measures work hand in hand with wider efforts to increase the supply of affordable homes, particularly at a time when demand for houses is particularly high."
