Introducing Broadleaf Professional as a new commercial partner member
As part of a series of posts on Community Housing Cymru’s new commercial partner members, Oliver Florence, product director, explains why Broadleaf Professional chose to form a new partnership with our sector.
Why did Broadleaf Professional want to be a CHC commercial partner member, and join up with the Welsh housing association sector?
"Because we believe it is possible to provide high value, market leading technology that supports modern tenant-focused services.
"We are committed to close collaboration with housing associations so that they have access to products and services that are built and delivered in a way that fits how they work.
"Our business model was specifically designed to support a socially conscious approach to providing software; we deliver high value technology by working in partnership with housing providers to design, deliver, and measure the impact of new software and service changes.
"We are enthusiastic about partnership with CHC because we believe that our mission statement ‘building what’s possible’ aligns tightly with their vision for housing associations in Wales."
What benefits can Broadleaf Professional bring to our housing association members and the work that they do?
"We have extensive experience building and implementing software and services that deliver a positive social impact.
"Our team have worked in social housing software as well as homelessness prevention, and as part of the team who built and delivered the new Social Security Scotland Disability benefits.
"We are a small team who focus on delivering social value. We work quickly and deliver on time. Our team members are deliberately multi-skilled; the same person who works with you to understand what you need will build and deliver that for you - nothing gets lost in translation and your teams can build a relationship with someone they can rely on.
"We thrive on positive collaboration and want to expand our product portfolio by working alongside housing providers to ensure they have a say in designing the systems they use. This means housing providers will not only be able to access our existing products, but also work with us to create new products to help them keep pace with an ever-changing working environment.
"We are certified Microsoft Partners and can offer access to favourably priced Microsoft licences and products."
