Jonathan Conway
Member Insight and Engagement Manager
Jon has worked in social housing since 2001 and has held a number of influential roles throughout the sector.
He was previously the Community Services Team Leader at Newport City Homes, and a Family Engagement Worker on the Lottery-funded Working Families project at United Welsh. Since 2014, Jon has been on the Board of Tai Pawb, a Welsh equalities charity and, in 2020, he joined the board of CIH Cymru.
At Community Housing Cymru Jon is responsible for ensuring that the offer for our housing association members is relevant, effective and well received.
