Hugh James Procurement Training Series: Frameworks and dynamic purchasing systems

This session will be similar to session 2, albeit we will be considering frameworks and DPS’s. As with session 2, we will look at each, their key features and differences, and when contracting authorities may wish to utilize them. We will run through two case studies, one in relation to establishment of a framework and one a DPS to assist contracting authorities to get an understanding of how these procurements may be run.
