Hugh James Procurement Training Series: Running competitive procedures

This session will look at the two competitive procedures available to contracting authorities under the new regime, set out the differences between them, and when each can be used. We will run through two case studies, one utilizing each of the new procedures to assist contracting authorities to get comfortable with what a procurement procedure under each may look and feel like, what they will need to consider and potential pitfalls to be aware of.
