Healthy Homes, Healthy People: Supporting residents across Wales to make homes warmer

In this spotlight session, we will look at the work that Warm Wales is doing to support residents across Wales, as well as how housing associations can become partner organisations and give both tenants and staff access to these services.

Joanna Seymour, Director of Partnerships and Development at Warm Wales, will talk through how to offer residents joined up support in the areas of fuel poverty, decarbonisation, damp and mould and WHQS, but also how to ensure that this support is person-centred, shows added value and is sustainable.
