Update from the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales

Matthew Harris, Head of Complaints Standards at the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales, will provide an update on the Complaints Standards Authority (CSA), sharing learning from the Ombudsman's casebook and recent complaints trends.

The update will take place from 11.00am to 11.45am and will be followed by a meeting of the Feedback Community of Practice from 12.00pm to 12.30pm.
